I’m Irbe - a certified coach, NLP practitioner, and leadership expert with a deep passion for transformation, self-mastery, and human potential. My journey has been fueled by over 1,200 hours of coaching, NLP, and leadership training, and I continuously expand my expertise to bring the most effective tools and techniques to my clients.

For now I'm the main person behind mindrealmmentor however I can't wait for this to expand and bring lasting change.

With a background in ad tech and digital marketing, I’ve spent 10+ years in the industry and led teams of over 40 people, gaining firsthand experience in leadership, strategy, and human behavior in fast paced and dynamic environments. But my true calling lies in helping individuals and organizations to break through their limitations, align with their true selves, and create meaningful, lasting change.
